Foreign manpower Work passes and permits
MOM has launched the Employment Agency (EA) Customer Ratings System for employers of foreign domestic workers (FDWs).
Starting from the second half of June 2016, employers who engaged the services of EAs from March 2016 have been receiving an SMS invitation to rate their EAs. The survey returns provide EAs with feedback to help improve their service levels, and also gives prospective employer clients another source of information to help them select an EA.
The aggregated customer ratings are now available at Employment Agencies and Personnel Search eService page.
